QMP 5.1 Job Start Checklist

This Job Start Checklist assists in starting up a construction project for a general contractor. The checklist ensures that the project team led by the Project Manager, has done the initial planning of activities involved in the set-up of a construction project, benefits from those that have done it before and recorded those successful actions.

The Job Start Checklist also identifies which position will be assigned which task, priority of the task, could provide date of target completion, and allows logging of dates when checklist items are completed.
